About TechTiger

My Video

This blog was created to illustrate how modern day children use media and technology.  Above is a powerpoint presentation called TechTiger's Space which tells a story of a modern day child who changed the perspective of older generations due to his experience with contemporary culture.

 

In addition to the powerpoint presentation, the article “The Uncanny, Digital Texts and Literacy” written by Victoria Carrington defines how many older generations feel when they come encounter with digital technology.  The term "uncanny" is introduced through the article.  Uncanny can be defined as, "the experience of finding the familiar suddenly unfamiliar” and that puts us in a peculiar position of being disoriented or even frightened of what will come next.  To read this article, visit the site below:

Whuss up everyone,

I hope everyone is having a great vaca!  I am having an awesome time here in Paridise Island, Bahamas.  As you can see I am enjoying the hot 80 degree weather here in the Bahamas.  Wait until you all peep my tan when we go back to school.

Im so happy its Friday.  Its time to kick back and chill....no skool tomorrow!

 

Whuss even better is there is no skool next week.  In a matter of fact, Im gonna be going on a 4 day vaca to the Bahamas...Oh Ya!

Valentine's Day

This is like the only day out of the year that I think the colors red and pink are kool.

The best thing about Valentine's Day is the candy.  I luv chocolate!  My fav is the milk chocolate with the caramel in the middle....Yummy!

What do you like about Valentine's Day....and I dont want to hear about all that gushy, mushy stuff!
